You can list your space with accurate details including price, availability, and photos.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and compliance with local laws.
You must ensure that your space is safe, clean, and suitable for use.
You can book spaces according to availability and pricing set by the host.
You agree to use the space only for lawful and agreed purposes.
You are responsible for any damage caused during your booking period.
All payments are processed securely through Zipprr’s integrated payment gateway.
Guests agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including taxes or service fees.
Hosts will receive payouts after each successful booking, minus Zipprr’s commission.
Zipprr is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the host’s chosen policy.
Refund eligibility will follow the respective host’s policy and Zipprr’s guidelines.
Zipprr reserves the right to mediate disputes between guests and hosts, but final decisions rest with the company.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Damage, hack, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Zipprr.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipprr is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from user negligence or misuse of the Platform.
Issues arising from third-party services (such as payment gateways or external listings).
Zipprr provides the Platform “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zipprr, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the Platform,
Your breach of these Terms, or
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Zipprr may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
